Project Intro
KCB was a larger scale scope built and designed entirely by OFP. Including almost all services offered by OFP, this build included a full partition scope (double lined soundcheck gyprock and glass), entire tenancy electrical upgrade, hydraulics for a brand new supplied kitchen, joinery supply including the new kitchen and all cabinetry, flooring (carpet and vinyl), security and access control, mechanical services, blinds and an entire scope of brand new furniture. This job came with a rewarding finish showcasing OFP’s capabilities in all fitout areas.
The Challenge We Faced
One of the automatic access doors had to be installed swinging the opposite direction due to the obstruction to other doors. This went against our stamped CDC set of drawings.

We were able to reach out to our private building certifiers to ensure this updated install was compliant.
