Based on the scope of work and fitout requirements, we’ll create some computerised concept drawings to show you and other key project stakeholders what we’re thinking for your clinic’s design.
If you’re happy with the designs and everything is approved, we’ll prepare and submit all documentation to obtain a building licence.
Once we’ve been given the green light and awarded the project, you will be able to easily track its progress, get live feedback, and view completion dates using our project management software.
Just before your fitout’s completion date, we’ll walk you through the job to ensure all has been completed to your satisfaction as specified in the contract. Any issues discovered at this stage will be resolved before handover.
