Quintessential – 8 STG

OFP were engaged to fit-out this tenancy to lease out by building management. This was designed with no tenant expectations so we were able to create a space suitable for anyone as well as leaving room for any upcoming additional work. This build started with a cold shell including all services from build to an extensive mechanical scope. OFP supplied all furniture/ loose items as well as all in-built joinery. Some of the ceiling was left exposed as a feature so we incorporated painting the ceiling and all ceiling services (mechanical) black. This left the feeling of an open high ceiling space while still upkeeping a clean look across the tenancy.
