Project Intro
Back in the middle of 2022, we were invited to tender for the new Rocky Bay Hub in Joondalup. This was a fantastic project to work on with really interesting design elements.
Summary of the Project
Our brief was to take an old furniture store and convert it into Rocky Bay’s flagship facility.
The Challenge We Faced
The biggest challenge on this project was the time constraint from the client as well as the immense amount of material required. We used almost 80 tons of various gyprock.
Why did the client approach you
We were invited as part of an invited tender as we had previously done projects for one of the architects.
Our Solution To The Challenge We Faced
By having a permanent site supervisor and forward planning everything with exacting detail we were able to keep the project on time and on budget.

Electrical and data, flooring, build, plumbing, asphalt, painting, joinery, acoustics, specialist disability equipment.
Conclusion
The end result was a warm and welcoming space with vibrant colours and a variety of facilities for the Rocky Bay community to enjoy for many years.
