Discuss your dental fitout project
To start your dental fitout, we’ll schedule a meeting to talk about your clinic’s requirements, discuss the scope of work needed, and agree on a budget.
Design and space planning
Based on the scope of work and fitout requirements, we’ll create some computerised concept drawings to show you and other key project stakeholders what we’re thinking for your clinic’s design.
Apply for a building licence
If you’re happy with the designs and everything is approved, we’ll prepare and submit all documentation to obtain a building licence.
Commencement of project
Once we’ve been given the green light and awarded the project, you will be able to easily track its progress, get live feedback, and view completion dates using our project management software.
Completion of project
Just before your fitout’s completion date, we’ll walk you through the job to ensure all has been completed to your satisfaction as specified in the contract. Any issues discovered at this stage will be resolved before handover.

Do you include dental clinic equipment in your fitouts?

From dental chairs and units to x-ray machines and other equipment, we can include as much or a little as you need.

How long does the dental fitout process & build take?

This largely depends on the site, but generally it takes 8-12 weeks once documentation is approved.

Does my dental clinic fitout need to comply with building regulations?

When fitting out commercial spaces, applying for a building permit is always necessary. If you’re happy with the designs and everything is approved, we’ll prepare and submit all documentation to obtain the necessary permits and approvals.
