A full design and construct office/medical Fitout from a cold shell tenancy.
The Challenge We Faced
The building in which we had to construct the Fitout was an operating hospital. This gave the challenge to the project management team to schedule in works around the operating hours of the hospital so that there were no disruptions.
Our Solution To The Challenge We Faced
In consultation with Building managers and hospital staff, OFP were able to schedule in noisy works and shut downs around operating hours of the hospital suites so there were no disruptions. The schedule was formed in consultation with all the contractors prior to commencement to ensure no delay to Fitout timeline.
How We Completed This Office Fitout
Full Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and Hydraulic services. Partitions, flooring, joinery, furniture and finishes.
Conclusion
The management and staff at BCRC were extremely grateful for their new workspace.
