We were awarded this construction of the project by the building owner as part of ongoing upgrade works to the building.
The Challenge We Faced
Having to run services and operations around the large Data centre in the building.
Our Solution To The Challenge We Faced
During consultation with the designers and IBM staff OFP project team were able to bypass new services relating to the Fitout from the data centre below and not impact any operations of the IBM.
How We Completed This Office Fitout
Partitions, flooring, finishes, all services.
Conclusion
The project achieved completion and handover on the scheduled date.
