Do I need to hire a company such as Office Fitout Professionals or can I manage the fitout myself?
This can depend on the size of the project and the level of your experience. To avoid common pitfalls, liability for work accidents or misconduct and managing a second full time job it may be recommended to employ the knowledge of a company who does this type of work.  
What do you offer that is different from other companies?
  • Professionalism, quality products and reliability are our focus. Customer relations are the number one priority of OFP as more than 80% of our business is repeat and much of the rest is generated by word of mouth advertising.
  • OFP is part of a manufacturing group of companies. We are able to supply plasterboard and glass partitioning, commercial office furniture and screen systems in house. This allows us more quality control and better prices for you. No competitor in Perth is able to offer this service.

How long does an Office Fitout take?
This can vary depending on the size of your office and the scope of works. On average an office up to 300 sqm will take about 4 weeks and a larger office 5-8 weeks.  
How much will my Office Fitout cost?
A fitout cost can vary greatly. There are some costs that are fixed but other costs are influenced by the level of finishes and furnishings. Very broadly most fitouts will cost somewhere between $400 – $1000 per sqm. For example with a turnkey project including most of the listed services an average price would be around $650 per sqm.

I have an Architect / Designer to do my design work. Will OFP do the Building works?
Absolutely. We will work with your architect to ensure the office is built to their specifications. We are able to provide you with designs and plans if you don’t have an architect.  
Are you able to work anywhere in Australia?
We are able to complete projects in Western Australia only at this time.  
Do you have an Occupational, Health and Safety Policy
?
We have a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Policy as well as all required insurances and documentation required by law.  
What guarantees do OFP offer?
OFP guarantees friendly, efficient service keeping you the client informed about your project at all times.
We have a 12 month warranty on our craftsmanship as well as a quality control policy and procedure in place. We are registered with the Building Registration Board of WA and members of the Master Builders Association.
